This apartment with it's lovely terrace and view of the bay is situated on the promenade de marinieres. Close to the sea with it magnificent view of the Mediterranean it has a special 'je n'est sais quoi!'....
Being the home for part of the year by it's American owner means that this is another of our properties that has the air of somewhere cosy and comfortable.
There is the benefit of having a lift as this is in one of the newer buildings of Villefranche. Great for those who want the view and not the climb. Being on the eighth floor you can imagine the wonderful view that greets you!
The train station is exceptionally close but the trains are not noisy as they disappear into the hillside tunnel behind us. This is so convenient for travelling along the coast or whether into Nice just ten minutes away or Monte Carlo which is ten minutes in the opposite direction.
